Surely one of the most ludicrous threads on RL fans this year. I understand people's frustrations if they work shifts/have booked holidays etc but moaning that the club are to blame and don't care about the fans etc is laughable. It just goes to show how many of our fans have no concept of how modern sport works.

I also think they should rotate the Thursday game at easter. I'm sick of leeds and bradford getting an important 24 hours extra rest

I'm fustrated for my dad who's not flying back till Thursday night, but I don't think its the clubs fault. I think the clubs hands are tied on this one. Sky have got them by the short and curlies, ie we give you the money therefore you will do as we want you to do. I reckon if it hadn't been for the Clipper weekend then it would have been moved to the Saturday.
As the saying goes, you can't please all of the people all of the time ............................................!

That SKY have to give notice by June 28th for which games they wanted to show in Round 22? If you don't believe me check the official Super League website. I haven't thought of anything Oh, and while you are there check the line that says "These fixtures are subject to change" as well.

Unless something major happens to the boats they will all be in on time. The last few legs are only short, Ireland to Holland and then from Holland they will go to Bridlington, spending the evening in the Bay (16th) before setting off to race the final part of the race down the Humber.
I'm gutted its been moved to the Thursday night, It means I won't be going as I've already got plans for the night and cannot be changed  |
