Our chief exec is a member of the board and gets paid, our finance director is a member of the board and gets paid, our community director (or whatever John Flatman is) is a member of the board and gets paid. Don't know about the others but your post is factually incorrect. Do you know the difference between shareholders and the board of directors?

Outside the ground have a chant and moan at the Directors !

Unfortunately the only way to get change is to hit them where it hurts and thats through money and non attendance. Failing that it would have to be something that made sky sports news. For instance as soon as the ball is kicked off, if every Hull fan turned their backs to the game and slow hand clapped it would create media attention. Only something like that would have to make the board comment / react.
