We were lucky because of Cas's poor handling but they weren't lucky because of our mistakes? How does that work?

We won because we were marginally better [ioverall[/i than they were over the whole game. I'm not happy about that performance and neither are Radford and the players, but calling it "ill-deserved" is a bit strong IMO.

I think we just wanted it a tad more than they did and that and the 'habit' of grinding out that win and the guys who came in wanting to make a point just got us over the line. poor showing though and brain farts simply not acceptable but "a wins a.....''

It was awful listening to it on Blunderside.

Some over reactions again methinks. Hard game, greasyball for 25 minutes, AGAIN!!!! Thought Hewer made a rod for his own back, by pinging the offside at the play the ball very early and then played to the crowd afterwards IMO, plus thought he was a little picky in the ruck. Officials missed a lot of head highs from both sides, not picking on the officials, fact

Having seen the try's again this morning, Fonua looked to have grounded his try that was disallowed, he he hadn't he would have attempted to ground it a 2nd time.

I was stop right in front of that. That was such an awful decision to call that held up, he clearly grounded it. The in goal judge was out of position. Good job we scored a couple of PTBs later otherwise that would have been a real talking point as I'm sure the video backs up that it was a try.

Don't think the bar manageress in The Lion was very enamoured with some our fellow supporters when they decided to make a quick getaway with several bottles of spirits they had sat behind their bar.
She was trawling through the CCTV and spotted them so think they may be getting a visit from our local constabulary shortly.

I was comforting her being the chivalrous sort of chap I am.
