Hull Daily Mail going with the Crooks to Parramatta story this morning. Hull would hold his SL registration although Crooks is understood to hope his long-term future lies in Australia.

I doubt we'll see him in a Hull shirt again which is a great shame.

I wouldn't be happy with Tahu. Apart from his age he has had serious attitude problems and fall outs in the past. Of course he could be a reformed character, Willie Mason is apparently a model pro now so anything is possible, but is it really worth the risk?

At 31 he's not a bad age for a prop and we certainly need a prop more than another outside back or second row. There have been times this year when our forwards have struggled to make metres down the middle.

However, didn't the rumour Wilf referred to say we were signing an ex-international outside bacK?
