OK - consumption of quantities of alcohol way too great to be good for health is pretty rife. The phrase 'like a few' - in the way that it's normally used - IMO trivialises this fact. Pro athletes have more reason than most to avoid alcohol as it has some fairly extensive effects on human physiology and interferes with fitness/recovery in relatively small quantities. Hence my comment about it not mixing well.'"

Why would the sun have to pay legal fees ? It never ceases to amaze me about how RLfans gets all excited about sub judice cases. All the sun is doing is reporting what he was arrested for and when, thats perfectly above board. What's not allowed is discussing the details of his arrest in case potential jurors are influenced by something thats hear outside of court, I saw only one vague post so far on RLfans thats done that. |

No I don't, I am more than aware of drinking limits and the effects I see it on a regular basis at work! |

RLFans get's 'all excited' about [isub judice[/i cases because they have the [ipotential[/i to get the site closed down and the owners fined large amounts of cash. And while you may be aware of the limits to what can and can't be discussed, many people who post on here are not. Hence the blanket ban. |

At the time, this Aussie carried the entire team, and never once looked like his alleged off the field behavior affected his performance. Anyway, it's a ridiculous comparison because this said player was not at any time arrested and plastered all over the papers making our club look foolish, after having plenty of previous! |
