I'm with Mrs B on this one. He has let everyone down massively. If it was possible to get rid then we should have.
In terms of his ability, I'm still not convinced by him. Makes too many errors to be a fullback IMO.

I agree. However i'd guess FC know who else would be available for next year at full back and we'd probably be considerably weaker without Tansey. |

Yes he drops the odd ball but he is pretty solid defensively and reads the game well, From an attacking perspective neither Whiting, Hall or Horne are even in the same league as Tansey. Tansey has continually scored and created tries all season and in the main done a really good job.
Whiting is probably the next best and is very safe but offers very little in attack when he comes into the line and is often just tackled as he gets the ball. Horne is useless at fullback, he dithers too much with kicks and is nowhere near the threat he should be when we have the ball.
Still that said anymore bad behaviour from Tansey and he should rightly be sacked, I hope for him and us he sorts himself out.

That doesnt really mean much TBH. I'd also argue that defensively Whiting is a better fullback. He certainly isn't so talented that we should ge giving him any extra leway. |

He's not even that good. For christs sake if were being held to ransom by a player as very avaerage as tansey then the club has serious problems

Seems a bit convenient to me, disclosing this injury only at this stage when people are speculating about Tansey's future. Why not say he was injured this time last week? |

Where does it say that? Players play needing operations all the time. He would have played if not for the disciplinary issue. |
