I know what you're saying about 3 year deals and comfort zones and all that however I suppose with good fed-trained players becoming more and more valuable it becomes imperative to tie them down to longer deals. |

I think the reasons he stayed and the feel of the squad in general speaks volumes.
Sounds like a close knit squad with ambition. Lets hope so eh?

Eastwood only took up kicking duties regularly in the latter half of his 5th season with us so not really a proper comparison, his first full season as kicker saw him get 101 goals & 22 tries (total 290 points from 32 games) He also kicked 101 goals in the following 2 seasons. Very underated player IMO even with his GB reps. |
