By heard you mean you read it on Casforum, which is a reverse of your usual crap, which you nick from RLFans and haven't got one right yet
Westerman will fetch in more than 125k and that's even if the club wanted to sell him in the first place.

| It's looks as though we are struggling to sign a quality playmaker in the halves so maybe agars solution is to sign westerman (either for 6 or more likely 13). IMO he would be a good signing but it's a shame for washbrook who has been deprived of quality game time in his natural position
Rangi chase is playing for the maoris on saturday so it will be interesting to see how he gets on. I wasn't too bothered about watching the game until i saw Chase was playing

Absolutely. Great skill and individualism - won't happen but would be fantastic.

What's the point in paying a fee for Westerman when we have some good backrowers and play a prop at 13? Baffling.

Totally agree , why pay money for a loose forward when we don't need one and we desperately need a half but will probably go for a back up

| I don't for 1 second believe we'll pay out £125k and a stack load of salary cap for westerman who firstly isn't worth it and secondly doesn't play in a priority position we need to strengthen. If we do, then you have to ask why the fee and cap weren't spent on a better quality 1/2 back than we'll probably end up with.
westerman is OOC next season I think so if he's coming it should be then when fitz retires

Just think the whole suggestion is bonkers. We've got Fitz, Washbrook, Whiting, Turner (his favoured position when signed IIRC) as LFs plus Tickle and Radders have played there before now. We have no cover to speak of at 6 or 7 unless we move our first choice full back, or Berrigan who is better at either centre or hooker. Madness.

i know who we've got playing for us but i still think westerman is a good player. if we signed halfback cover in addition to westerman then i would be alot happier

The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

| The signing of westerman would be a very good one, fitz can move to prop, whiting stays as 1-6 cover, washy to cover houghton from the bench.
8. Fitzgibbon
9. Houghton
10. O'Meley
11. Tickle
12. Manu
13. Westerman
14. Radford
15. Moa
16. Lauaki
17. Washbrook

Was just going to say the same thing, would solve our prop worries by moving Fitz/Lauaki in the props. He is a real 13, something we haven't had for ages.
And before we say 'Whiting', yes I too would like to see him try out there, but if he hasn't been tried out there by now I doubt he ever will be.

I then wouldn't be to upset with dowes resigning as he would be our 5th choice prop.
Throw in some one who can cover 6,7 and 9 and our squad has balance.

| Buderus signed a one year extention, I don't think mcshane could cover the halfs.
