| season over? give over, yea we bit behind now but we can claw it back, effort again there but kicking was loose again, I thought missing a lot of our top players showed today, but 2 weeks we go again and need to get a run going, still think we are in the mix

| Very poor. Defence on the whole was good but with the ball very poor. Harris a passenger, Paea anonymous, Houghton didn't look right and kicking on the 2nd tackle was ultimately what has cost us.
Logan at full back when we have Connor and Miloudi??
Bizarre

| An odd game. Good effort but not really at the races.
Both sides bombed quite a few chances and the game was decided by a lucky ricochet.

| Our season was over before this match to be honest with all the injuries, but look at Leeds, last years champions, they are more than likely not going to make the 4 either

Looked to be holding his groin.

| Houghton was poor today . His 40/20 attempt on the 3rd tackle swung the game back in Wigan’s favour.
Also I have been disappointed with Carlos since he returned. Maybe he is still carrying an injury?
We defended well but lost the ball at some critical moments.
On the whole I think a draw would have been a fair result.

| No real complaints although I'd like to see their first try again. They just ran a bit harder than us and used more nous.
No Sneyd was key today I feel.

So your 2pts behind 4th with how many games left and it’s season over not like a woman to overreact

| Didn't think their first was a try. Ref and touchie spent 30 seconds debating it so I don't think they even knew. If you're not 100% sure (and it's my opinion they weren't) then I fell to see how they could have given that try.
Think if we had Sneyd out there today we would have won. He'd have had that ball on a string in the last 15 minutes, but nobody out there took control in the final quarter.

Yeah the game management was poor. A lot of rash decisions.
Shame to lose the 100% home record but we've been better than I expected recently so I'm still reasonably content.

| Also thought we defended out line very well though. Both their trys were from kicks (in a fashion) and they had PLENTY of ball on our line.

| That's how I saw it we were pretty ineffective down the middle. Paea was in particular disappointing. They ran harder and made more metres. Dare I say we need a Watts type of player next season. No complaints about the result.

| Exposed our deficiencies both in attack and defence. Kelly was outstanding but too many simply nowhere near. Washbrook again was awful, christ at least pick Litten for a change up from Houghton who despite giving his all looked a bit knackered, Downs ineffective, Carlos really well off the pace and we just slammed it up the middle too often with forwards from a standing start.
Add in some poor decision making and despite a nicely worked try we were really off the pace all afternoon.
Season is NOT over, typical negative post from the same old person!
