I'll be disapointed to see Turner leave having seen his progress under Gentle, but if Brothers comments are correct it means PG, Adam and Bomber have someone pencilled in at Centre who is surely part of Adams comments re. other top line players coming in. So who knows we may then have 2 international Centres for next season.
Adam has already made a statement of intent. We have to trust the judgement of what these 3 are building here.
They are committed to building a better team, I believe they will and all the "will he, should he" comments are interesting fan speculation along the way, but ultimately we will end up with much stronger squad than we have now. Perhaps with some ruthless decisions on who has to go. We will not become trophy winners by staying with the same playing rosta.

If turner is going then im worried about the lack of pace we have in the side. It showed yesterday when hudds made them breaks. Briscoe had a chance in the 1st half to go down the wing but he came in field.

Still I decided on turner player well so far this season, will be interesting to see how he goes in the next two games if he pays, I think he will be on decent money ad was one of salfords top players when we signed him and they offered him a deal to stay.

At least we look to have a replacement signed who has a lot of potential.

Why isn't it just about this season? Of corse it is. You look at a player on their current form, not what their past efforts.

Turner had a knock for most of the game yesterday, which eventually led for him to be taken off.

A lot of players were failing in defense when Agar was in charge, Gentle is big on defense and this has shown in most players especially last seasons fringe players like Turner & Sharpe. To say he will be found out against better centres is premature at this stage, Welham is no mug in offense and his ability to score proves this however Turner did a job on him. At the end of the day you are just grasping at straws as you will not admit you were wrong about Turner. At then end of the day performances are about this season we have a new coach in situ, Turner has proved so far what he can do under a coach with some pedigree, and I if the rumours are true and he goes to Saints I have no doubts he will carry on developing & improving under another good coach Brown.

I often criticize a player who I consider is not performing.

You claimed he could not tackle a salad, he has only missed 6 tackles all season.
You slated him for missing a tackle on Brough, Brough is top 3 in tackle busts and top 25 for clean breaks..

Im upset now...no,seriousely i am.I talk pap for not rating Turner...im not just going on this season though...he has never been able to hold down a centre spot even though we have struggled with injuries...he scored a lot last season towards the end against Crusaders and the like but when up against the likes of Atkins ( who is worse than Turner defensively btw) he is found wanting.He may be bulked up to much and looking at the pack now but do you see him and Yeaman as our 2 starting centres to take us to the next level?????
