It's a major letdown tbh after all the rubbish AP came out with about reducing ticket prices. Same old same old.

Is that all it is? Couldn't remember what i paid last season. All p1ss and bluster then about getting the pricing right. I can't imagine that match day prices will come down much if at all

I paid £230 for East stand reserved last season.

Not waniting to sound like an overreaction but i'm so deflated by this.

My 'feel good factor' has been wiped out tbh. All the talk of value for money and rush to buy your pass, I will think long and hard about where I now want to sit and will buy at the latest possible time.

Where does it say no voucher exchange ? Important 'perk' for me and others I know too.

Maybe the reality is that they can't afford to drop pass prices, which is fair enough but at least be honest about it. If pearson had never mentioned pass prices then no one would have felt aggreived, but indicating there would be a major shift in pricing and then reducing my pass price by a fiver is a p2ss take

Agreed but why remove the voucher exchange scheme?

And fair enough about not affording to reduce costs but you can't tell me it costs £30 more to 'run' a reserved seat than an unreserved..

He could argue that with inflation at 5% then in real terms passes are 15-20 quid cheaper.
However as you say I don't think that the expectation that was fired by his initial comments has been met and it was a mistake to raise hopes to those levels.

In any case most people who weren't buying passes weren't doing so because of the expense but because of the previous coach and owners being in place. On that basis surely we will see the lost 2-3000 return anyway.

Another South Stander may be able to clarify but I'm sure my pass was £195 last year resulting in no difference at all!!
