I prefer a different approach. (as is evident)
I like to use 2 starting props that will work hard but then i like to bring on my 2 impact props, my impact 2nd row and my impact 9 all at the same time for the last 20 and blow the other team out of the water. A bench of Lauaki, Moa, Houghton and Manu is capable of doing that easily.

If that's your preferred way of playing then that bench is perfect for it.

If you are not part of the solution then you are more likely part of the problem...: |

Catalans have a big pack would you be tempted to have Moa, Lauaki and another prop on the bench alongside Houghton?

Only if Lauaki needed to play in the back row. I wouldnt carry 3 interchange props. With Cats size i would just adopt a game plan thats a little bit more expansive to tire them out. (opposite to Peter Sharps tactics of running straight at them for 75 mins to tire them out)

He maybe did, but lets not forget that many people within the game think he is one of the brightest young coaches!!!!
How many other sides in Super League would appoint him as head coach?

none, but the same number of clubs would have also given Thorman a contract!

| I personally think that Agar has alot more to do with our current predicament than Thorman. Its not as if when he hasnt played we have won games but granted he has been poor but many others have too.

Oh I agree, in fact I don't really blame Agar, if soneone offered you a job that you knew deep down you couldn't do, on a hell of a salary, would you turn it down?

He was under pressure to take the job as well. I remember him saying "there's only so many times you can turn it down before they stop asking" or words to that effect.
