Why would people be over the Agar out thing? It's not a passing fad and we have yet to show any kind of consistency against the big teams.

I've backed you lot to beat Leeds so many times over the last few years that i'm gunna avoid it this time. You lot are playing well no though, couldn't believe how poor you were in march considering the team you had on paper. There's still a few cart horses but you've got some shier quality, could deffo cause an upset in the 8 and potentially get to Wembley, but at the same time, lose a couple in the league and Kr will fancy 8th. (same with us in the league really. tight times)

Agar's record in BIG games in truly truly SHOCKING ! How and on what basis , other than being a rose tinted fan , could you see us winning all remaining games. I am a BIG fan and want us to win the CC and get to the GF , I REALLY REALLY do .

However it will be under a world class coach and not Choker Agar.

I have urged the BOD to appoint Hasler , Bellamy or Bennett and they coach the top 3 sides in NRL , not by accident. I like thinking in ambitious terms in respect of the Club I love. That's why I want us to win and also appoint a world class coach.

They are big games and it's time to step up for the players, that said in the last dozen games or so they have picked up quite considerably.

Are you serious that they earn $500,000 ? then $750,000 !

Bennett will earn a reported $1.5 million at knights
Bellamy earns a reported $800,000
not sure about Hasler but sure I read $650,000-$700,000

not worth risking the clubs finances by throwing 500,000-750,000 grand at a coach. I think a bit of research trying to find a new talent would be the way to go as anyone who is proven in the NRL will cost too much and not sure of anyone in England that I would go for except maybe giving Daryll Powell a shot.

DP started well at Quins but has lost his way at the moment, hope he is given more time and turns it round for Quins next year, as we need British coaches in the game However once Agar has seen out his contract (cause he's going nowhere anytime soon) then I would hope we can bring in a proven (or up and coming) Aussie coach. The fact that the current top 6 in SL are all coached by Aussie's is no accident.

As for risking the clubs finances, yes any bold step is a risk to some extent but playing good rugby near the top of SL could add 2,000 fans per home gate which would bring in an additional circa £570,000 add in additional gate money from away games + merchandise and it's maybe worth the risk, if we don't then we are unlikely to progress and will be always struggling to make the 8 and hoping for a decent cup run.

If we reach the Cup semi then the game is squeezed in between the Wigan and Cats games and we'll struggle to win either me thinks.
