FWIW i thought Horne had an excellent first have and a slightly above average 2nd half. His kicking in the first half was top drawer.

Had a great game at Wigan think they'll pressure him next week and if does well then lets hope he's back to his best for the rest of season .
Thought played realy well against rovers

Thought he was worst back on display personally.....agreed his kicking was spot on but all he did was try the step inside all the time.........hope he gets some form back after injuries but i would have liked us to have signed Mathers and use tansey at 6.

My hubby said the same thing tbf...I thought he did well though, made a couple of decent breaks and good kicking game, I will be happy if he keeps this up for the rest of the season.

Wasn't really a comment on horne, more about rovers game plan. I thought horne did OK, one or two glimpses of quality and his 1st half kicking game was good, but mainly due to a lack of kick pressure

watched the game again showed glimpses of the horney of old and the good form he had before he got injured. hopefully he can kick on and improve each week

Shame he's lost his pace, the Horney of old would have scored off that break he made.

Hopefully we can keep him fit for the rest of the season, and we can see an inform Horne partnering a returning Long for the play-offs.

I'm not sure he's lost his pace. He'd have been blowing a lot come that break in the second half, first full game in months and not just any game at that. No supporting player could get with him eh.

i still think hes pretty fast and still has great footwork to be honest like he showed at begining of season when he made that break against cas and finished like he used to. hes obviously got along way to go before hes anywere near what he used to be like but ive seen improvements and that kick in the secound half when in went in touch in the derby showed great experience and quality that weve missed at times.

the kid is playing with a cracked knee cap needs a op end of year he puts the club before his body every year and people still slag him off maybe if they let him get 100% one season before they throw him on the pitch you will see the old horny

Don't forget Briscoe isn't exactly a slouch and used to keep up with Horne without to much trouble when he played for us!
