We know we need to improve and this starts with the right recruitment which has to be a mixture of youth and experience. Some british and some overseas. The mentality has to change, we need to be stronger mentally. These things don't change overnight but Gentle has used this season to see where the faults are and next year will look to improve by having his own players.

We won't win anything next year but the year after maybe.

We are also investing in our facilities and our academy so AP is in this for the long term.

I agree with most of what you say, but I don't like this thought of "We won't win anything next year"

Who knows we won't?? We may get a bit of luck on our side and get a good cup run! Taking rumours and what AP has said we should be a lot stronger next year. I expect the likes of Mcgoldrick, Horne, Aspinwall, Pitts, Green and a few more decent players to be back up/squad players bringing good strength in depth, a lot better than this year.

We've had a great year at home, that can't improve much better.. It is our away form that needs addressing and the consistency. If we'd of won a couple of the games that we 'Threw away' then we could of been top 4 this year.

I'm staying positive and am hoping for a very good year in 2013. COYH.
