I understand that but in a lot of countries your visa can be revoked if you break the conditions of stay. He isn't asking for a change of status, just a change of employer. Thats why I said he shouldn't, rather than wouldn't.

Dont think so I think you will find he signed his 4 year contract last season before he appeared in Court in the southern hemisphere. The interesting comment is about Chase not saying anything when he reurned to the Uk after conviction, I dont know if this is correct but it was always going to be a battle for him to sign for another club, ask yourself why did he sign for Cas for 4 years

I'm sure AP wouldn't leave us in a situation where we're putting all out eggs into one basket. I'd guess they have a time frame on him signing, if he doesn't sign by said date then it's off. It's great that the club are in a position to be leading the way for signing players like Chase and Ellis.
