Games have been kicking off about 5 minutes late just lately so you might not miss that much.
Plus we could try and delay it a bit longer

I sincerely hope you dump Cas out of the cup so we don't have to put up with gushing, biased commentary from John "Cas born and bred" Kear.

| Like Ray French with saints ??? Or Phil Clarke with Wigan ??? Why has this never bothered you before ??? Certain commentators have an affiliation with certain teams it's life, grow up !!!
Ignoring the village idiot, I don't think iv looked forward to a cup tie more apart from wembley. 2 of the best teams in the competition going hammer and tong with strike all over the pitch. Our fans are confident as are yours and both teams fans have every right to. Some of your tries against Catalans were quality and i don't think you get the credit your attack deserves in comparison to the plaudits we are receiving. I honestly think we will scrape it but I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't. I honestly can't wait.

Its not the tie I wanted but I suppose if we had to play you sometime it may as well be in the quarters where we where lucky enough to get a home tie, think its a very tough game for both clubs and a genuine 50/50 which with home advantage I just fancy us by a goal kick, if you win I hope you win the cup shame we got the Sunday we could have done with a bit more rest before facing Waky the Friday following, especially since they are playing Thursday but hey we never get it easy off the RFL

| There's a lot of water to go under the bridge before this game. Either team could lose key players to injury which could change the situation significantly. If we're near full strength and play well I think we win no matter what cas do

| Not many more Wembley finals if Mr Draper has his way?
Quote The Guardian="The Guardian"The staging of the cup final at Wembley has been one of rugby league’s proudest traditions since it was first held there in 1929. However, the Super League chief executive, Roger Draper, has admitted the sport’s governing body is keen to protect the future of the event, which could yet mean exploring alternative options away from the stadium.
The two parties entered a 20-year agreement in 2007, but will now hold further talks later this year. He told the Guardian: “We’re conscious that the Challenge Cup has lost its shine. It’s probably become our third biggest property. Magic Weekend has overtaken it in terms of fans and we’re conscious of that. There’s a lot we’ve got to sit down and discuss. We’ll look at all the available options and safeguard the event.'"

Would be interesting to know what measure is he using to categorise it as the third biggest? Can't be attendance can it? Even if it was, Magic attendance is distorted by free tickets. I know where I'd prefer to go and would be disappointed if Wembley was canned.

That's how I see it, how he can say the magic weekend is now 2nd behind the GF beggars belief, but that's the RFL for you.
Scrap Magic weekend, a non event as far as I'm concerned , and let Wembley compete with the GF for the top spot.

dont understand how he can say Magic weekend has overtaken it by the number of fans.
Its a totally different concept with fans from all Super League clubs attending to see their team play.
Its also over two days so if there are 65000 attending over two days and Wembley is attended by 75000 on one day dont get his maths.
Its more likely to do with expenditure at Wembley rather than anything else.
Every player of sport would want to play at Wembley given the chance

It's probably some amateurish negotiation tactic, playing down the importance of Wembley given they're about to start discussions beyond the current deal. Embarrassing.
