Sorry,can't find a suitable thread to add this but I now know that Paul Cooke left Hull for HKR in controversial circumstances and was playing against his former club because Eddie Hemmings told us last night.He also told us in the previous derby,and the one before that.It's boring now,turn it in EH for goodness sake.

I'm still livid by that decision. Raynor was clearly 5 yards behind Hall and Silverwood could not have been in a better position to see it. That result could have given everybody at the club a lift after another horrendous season and to lose a game on a decision like that is a bitter pill to take.

Thanks to all the supporters on this thread from other clubs who clearly saw the decision for what it was, like a few have already said another rugby league game were the referee once again is the major discussion point!!

We got away with several ball steals as well, apart from the forward pass decision which was ridiculous i think it was fairly even with the calls and for me the Tansey?Calderwood one was spot on. The biggest factor was luck and the bounce of the ball,literally. Thought Cooke did what he does best but i really don't get the fuss with Dobson, apart from his kicking game i don't think he offers a great deal,he's a passenger defensively and offered little with ball in hand. Lovegrove impressed me and thought he was easily the pick of their forwards. After the first 10 minutes i think Vella's yardage was in the minus'.

'Robbed' is an understatement. How much luck did Rovers need to win that game last night. A draw would have at least made sense. Its sickening how 'everything' went the scum's way. A picture-perfect Paul Cooke kick lead to a jammy 2nd try.

The telling moment was our last try that was chalked off for an apparent forward pass, and as if it was a fairy tale for the preston road massive, guess what...a dobbins try straight away.

This is the fact: Hull played with so much passion last night and should of won. We didnt because we were robbed....plain and simple!

Never a forward pass, and there was a lot of holding down and ball interference not penalised as well. Combined with our kicking game to cost us the match.

But still, enough positives for me to still be happy in all honesty. We looked to throw the ball around and offload, and everyone looked up for it. We also used the bench well for a change too, IMO. Hopefully those aspects will continue, with added support play to go with the offloading. Main things now missing are aggression, organisation in attack, and a kicking game, which should all be aided by the personnel coming in. Finally a glint of things to look forward to.

Rovers had a poor game and yet won.

Hull FC played their best and yet they lost.

Just shows you how far Rovers have come and how much Hull FC have declined over the last 2 seasons.

It was rovers best performance in about 2 months. At least our fans accept we're shiite

Nothing to choose between either side exept for a crap deision by Mr Silverwood which cost FC a draw which I think would have been a fair result. Really enjoyed it on Sky
