Pearson saying in the wail we are looking for a conditioner and a defence coach still. Also makes a point about appointing from outside the city which we all knew we needed but good they've recognised it

He is also one of the most qualified coaches in the Uk and a former half back.
Think this is a bit of a coup for the club

It says on the BBC that he's going to coach the reserves. Is he doing this as well as the first team attack job I hope, as I can't see him coming just to run the reserve team or is it an error on the beebs part
