A better organised fixture list would help too. I know the derby was switched but today is our seventh home league game from thirteen and it's not even May yet.

It's the fifth in seven weeks but then we only have four before mid August.

I think this could partly be the clubs doing though, we always ask for a break in June/July for the pitch to be worked on.

Nothing boosts a youngsters morale like giving him a good booing.

Jordi Cruyff in football for example was nowhere near the ability of his dad, but was still a Premier League/La Liga and International player, yet was always dismissed as being a flop.

Can`t argue with that,but he has a good base to work from.
