His your dad the one that allegedly saw brough at kc on Monday , because I think he's seeing thinks . Broughs father in law is away on holiday at the minute so there's no way he was in bilton today . |

Didn't think IO could refuse if a visa was currently valid, but nor would one have a reason to pull Chase up on his entry. However, I will believe you as the technicalities of immigration are not my area of expertise, and they may be yours.
But he still won't get a visa unfortunately. |

To the first question no, And regarding his father in law. He saw him about 3-4 weeks ago and asked him then. Dads a postie so |

Ok no problem , but you said he saw him today which he can't have done . Not saying brough doesn't want to come back here but he's had no contact from hull what so ever . Of cause things can change though . |

Can UKBA deny a visa if he has a UK child?
No government has the right to split a child from a parent.- Court of Human rights would be involved. |
