This is pretty much how I'm thinking. If he has a suspended sentence, I wouldn't have expected him to be awarded a visa for a new employer.
If it is true, then it's a great addition, but I won't believe it until I see it. There's so much crap posted all over this board.
Would love to see him and Seymour in the halves next season, and if it happened I'd try to flog Horne to another club. Chase/Seymour in the halves, Obst and Ellis as back-up. (Obst also back up for Hooker incase Houghton/Heremaia gets an injury).
