Been into the shop this lunchtime and I was told (as was someone else on the phone at the same time) that the passes will be ready to collect from Monday 10th Dec.

| Got to admit I am not impressed with how this has gone this year to be honest, people should only have to make one journey to the stadium (shops) to buy passes imo, the club should have considered posting the passes out to those customers who may have wanted that option, I think customers should have also being given the option to only pay a deposit until the passes where physically ready, hope things improve for next season.

I agree, it's not been great. Hopefully lessons will be learnt for next season.

My husband went in and bought 3 passes with cash, after reading this thread I panicked about the receipt, thankfully it had been stored in a safe place, phew!
I rang up for mine and paid with my debit card, like you I have nothing apart from my bank statement, I think e-mail confirmation should have been sent to those who sent of forms/ordered via telephone, and hopefully this is the kind of thing the club may consider next season.
I just hope the fans who have purchased unreserved do not experience any problems (could be a nightmare for any-one who paid with cash misplacing their scrap of paper which constitutes a receipt), I think the system needs to be more robust generally.

A) am I allowed to collect mine ?
B) I have neither a receipt or receive paper statements its all online.

I assume you just go in and give your name & address when they are released on Monday, although tbh I would hope they would ask for proof of id from people who turn up with no receipts etc just for security purposes. I bought a student pass over the telephone so I have to take my uni card in any-way.

| I think the system is fine, it's just not been communicated fully. Even with a receipt they'll still need your name when you go to pick it up and proof that it's you, so the keep your receipt part is pretty pointless.
There's obviously some reason why they've done it in-house rather than the SMC handling it (cost? problems with Allam?) and as it's their first season they should get a year to learn from I suppose.

| I e-mailed the club Thursday last week regarding passes that had been renewed over the phone and no acknowledgement or anything being sent out. To date I have not got any form of reply to that either. HULLFC customer service = big fat ZERO. Now they want us to bring in a receipt when we pick up our new passes. How can you bring what you havent given us. NUMPTIES.
