I went to the stadium to buy mine and all i got told was to keep my receipt and keep it safe because if not i would have to pay again, which is wrong anyone can lose a little receipt especially when you have had the receipt for over a month.

I have always found the ticketing people very good but this year it doesn't seem very organised, my parents and brother have had problems arranging things.

Are we using different people now, SMC do the match day tickets, did they used to do season passes or was that the club ?

Are people generally more miserable and whiny this year than usual?

I havnt got a clue what I did with my receipt, but have had the same seats since the stadium opened, surely you could just take last years passes because they would know on the system that you have bought your seat. I know it's maybe slightly different in unreserved

And because my name is logged against my seat. The only thing I should need is proof that I am who I say I am

There's I new system IIRC, so they're having to input all the data again apparently.

Normally passes are sold via the ticket office, this year they have been sold through the shop. So presumably it is different people doing it this year.

Generally though, I think that they should either have the passes available, prior to them actually going on sale, or only take a deposit. I think they would be on tricky legal ground if they demand to see a receipt?

regardless of the legality, it's not a good way to treat customers.
