100 grand isn't really going to make much difference if it's split between 4 or 5 players anyway, plus if other clubs have the same dispensation then all that will happen is that they can offer more to your players anyway.

Agreed. Would be better to increase the cap to £2m, reintroduce the 50% rule and actully enforce the 5 overseas players rule IMO.

Cas would get space on their cap allowance to spend on their england players but we are the ones who pay him extra from our allowance.
