We were thinking exactly the same, we paid over the phone with nothing from the club to confirm the purchase. I would imagine that once the passes are available for collection that we'll have to take the credit card we've paid on to confirm it's us collecting them. I do know for junior passes ID has to be taken in for the kids when collecting the passes. With regards to when they're ready for collection I wold hope this would be sometime before Christmas.

| I bought mine from the club shop and was told I would get an email at the end of November saying I could collect it from the stadium.
Also I recall the club saying that if you wanted the pass before Christmas you had to buy it during the discount period.
Here's hoping for some news soon.

| The brochure said that passes purchased before 31st October would be available in November so it's a tad disappointing to hear nothing by now. However, we don't need them until February so no rush although many people will want them before Christmas, of course.

| I am a bit concerned because I paid over the phone and when I read the leaflet I got it said you would be given a number after payment so you could recall this and I was given nothing. Were any of you given a number?

If you paid over the phone it would have been by card so there will be an audit trail if there is any problem.

| I went to the stadium to buy mine and all i got told was to keep my receipt and keep it safe because if not i would have to pay again, which is wrong anyone can lose a little receipt especially when you have had the receipt for over a month.

| I have always found the ticketing people very good but this year it doesn't seem very organised, my parents and brother have had problems arranging things.
Are we using different people now, SMC do the match day tickets, did they used to do season passes or was that the club ?

I havnt got a clue what I did with my receipt, but have had the same seats since the stadium opened, surely you could just take last years passes because they would know on the system that you have bought your seat. I know it's maybe slightly different in unreserved

There's I new system IIRC, so they're having to input all the data again apparently.
