Yes and no because carroll has hardly played last 3 seasons and maybe team like wigan could get more out of Lauaki

I've not seen anything in Lauaki to suggest he give more than he has to where ever he plays, he may look better at Wigan simply because he will be surrounded by the best [players in the league. But he won't run or tackle any harder.
