Not for me. Think we need a new face, new ideas, and a new way of playing. Andy can still play an important part behind the scenes and as an assistant though

Me too, need fresh ideas, Andy needs to work with another coach and eventually he will be ready, now is not his time.
Not sure who though.

| In my opinion.
I feel we need to copy from Wigan's blueprint from 10 years ago, ie the Bellamy/Maguire coaching stable..
Maybe AP needs to ask Bellamy who he thinks is ready, just as Lenergan did..
Regarding Last, he needs to learn under a successful Head Coach , who has fundamentally changed the club, same as Wane succeeded Maguire.
Recruitment, we badly need a prop, I don't rate Satae, Fash,or Matongo .

I don't rate Taylor, Houghton, Jones, Shaul,Swift the list goes on, but I am comparing them to the NRL, and precious few RL players in Europe would get a game over there, and certainly no English coach will get an NRL job anytime soon. Why is it we are so pathetic at a game we invented, same as football, cricket, there is pretty much only sailing we are any good at.
But, this is a conversation for The Sin Bin, not here.
Andy Last should be given a shot at a full season, he got us to a semi final, not his fault Griffin has a brain fart.

| I know he wouldn’t be a massively popular choice, but I’d like Wane.
Just think he’d change the culture around the club for years to come.

Wane would be top of my shopping list.
No nonsense, no frills, just a tried and tested winner

Would be ideal but not sure if he or the RFL would be keen on a part time England manager particularly in the run up to a World Cup.

Absolutely agree. A winning culture. Baffles me why some don't want him.

| If we go with a new coach, think we're realistically looking at Mcnamara or Flanagan, even doubt macnamara would give up catalans with the lifestyle and flexible cap he's been given

Wane would remove the comfort-zone from the club, so his appointment would upset the Club Hull membership.

| For me the team have improved under Last which is to his credit. We haven't chucked in the towel once - which was clearly an attitude problem.
BUT - the attack STILL non-existent, how many times do we play the drop off ball back inside to get someone mullered ?? Never a steep running line or enough bodies in motion. I think we have enough grunt in the team now to compete & occasionally turn over top 4 teams - but we will do it in the Radford style which is SOOOOO Limited.
For me it is a newbie from down under.

The trouble with big powerhouses is that you have to limit the workload, you have to be really fit to keep up with running lines. The attack is ok we scored enough points over the season to show that when it ticks it ticks, however with a strong defence the limitations start to show. An X factor 6 would make a difference as would making the forwards more mobile.

A six is the priority.
We also need to find some pace from somewhere as our backline for next season will be the slowest in S/L
