cos half of them dont give a to-s,and to me it looks like agar and rule have got wise to it and thats why the clear out is happening,like ive said many times weve got rid of how many coaches, but the players have always remained.

so if ur the coach of a team and lets says 5 people are not performing, these 5 people are going at the end of the season. Tell me how your going to motivate them?

TBF I dont think Agar is saying its not his team (I know Rule has). Agar obviously has a real issue with an element at the club and this element appear to be on their way soon. I would like to see if this makes a difference because although Agar has ALOT to prove the players attitude is what really bugs me.

I agree mate,but whats he suppose to do if there fine in training but dont take it out on to the pitch,my thought is half of them have no respect for him for whatever reasons.

First, I'd have the common sense not to tell them they were going until as late as possible. Second, I'd make them see that they are still proffessionals with a job to do and instill some pride into them (if this failed I'd at least make them realise they are in the shop window and playing well can only help them get a move to a good club). Third, I'd use up-to-date coaching techniques and tactics to make the players believe they can win games. Fourth, I'd command the respect of the players (simple things like not calling me by my christian name) and ensure there is discipline within the squad. As far as I can see, Agar has done none of these things.
