Yes, and he will be on a BASIC contract, we've had these type of issues in the past.

I would offer him a contract now before someone taps him up.I have watched him alot in the reserves and he matched up really well to a dominant Leeds pack in which he had an excellent game.Moa has got loads of potential and imo he is getting better all the time and also not forgeting he is still young. It would be a real shame if we let him go and it ended up comming back to haunt us.

| If he's realistic in his own valuation wages wise then i'd give him another year. Bit more development and use him properly he could be devastating.

I get the feeling he is very realistic. The bigger issue is whether we want to let a cap space be spent on him i believe, i would definately do that. If Moa develops and comes off the bench as an impact prop with Lauaki coming off the bench as an impact prop too, and Manu and Houghton also coming on for impact thats probably one of the most impactful benches in SL.
Especially if they come on for Cusack, O'Meley, Burnett/Fitzgibbon and Berrigan as that would be a great starting line up too.

HULL FC coach Richard Agar says the capture of Tongan prop Sam Moa will not signal the end of their player recruitment process.... But because he will fill Hull's final non-federation trained spot, the club are still in the hunt for a quota target.

I still get confused between quota and non-fed. Effectively though Moa will count on something wont he?
