Just goes to show what hiding behind a pc does for you, you don't know me from adam yet you can make a statement like that.
For the record I always sing and we were all in fine song around us last night, as for someone standing up in front of me...how wrong you are.

Perhaps let it be known that there's nothing to lose and no pressure on the players/inexperienced coach to perform. This will remove the weight off their shoulders and enable a fresh start. The best thing you can do is take a mate along, pack the place out, get behind your players, each and every one and confidence will begin to build. This is exactly what Wigan did in 2006 and although there's other factors involved with them (Noble, Dobson, Fielden) it more than helped turn them around.
