I understand what you are saying about Washbrook but this is a very important game for the club and fans and in my opinion gives us a stronger line up to do the job.
I went on to say that the Warrington game may be the one to bring in HTW or Dean which although tough a fresh young half could take advantage of two tired teams after tough derby matches and latch onto some of the Warrington offloads that go to ground.'"
I still wouldn't move him even for this game, we would be stronger with Ellis playing at centre, but I still wouldn't do it.
Think the backs will be the same as last week.
I would be tempted to start Washbrook and have Ellis on the bench.

| Crazy idea. But why not play an half back at half back. If a senior one isnt fit, give one of the u23 ones a go. Simples

But Tuimavave is a turnstile!!! I just dont see what people see in him, V average, hardly played any NRL games and never did anything in them. Comes to SL and lauded by Radford as a player we was after for ages (why?) and he clearly sees him as a centre long term. He did it for two games but then did nothing for three apart from match Logan in his defensive and attacking abilities........utterly confused where people are getting this idea thats hes some wonderful player from????

And you know this from listening to the radio whilst "at work"?

And I would point to Magic Weekend and the July Derby at CP as prime examples of us being fired up more than our nearest and dearest.

Triple M reporting Albert Kelly facing potential 2 year ban?
www.triplem.com.au/sydney/sport/ ... al-action/
"Former Sharks Albert Kelly, Paul Aiton and Dean Collis have all been listed for a pre-trial conference on May 17, according to Fairfax Media.
Kelly and Aiton both recently received infraction notices over the 2011 program, after they both rejected deals from ASADA at the end of 2014.
While the majority of their teammates escaped with a three-game ban after accepting the deal, the pair could now face two years on the sideline if they now accept the breach.
Stephen Dank, who led the program, last week lost a defamation case against Nationwide News over a series of articles in 2013 about his time at the Sharks."
Wasn't Dank an advisor to Sandercock when he was at Rovers?

They're our first choice wingers. How is them both being out injured a good thing?

| Eventually when everyone is fit I'd like our back line to be
Shaul
Naughton
Fonau
Tuimavave
Lancaster
Pryce
Sneyd
Then you have Talanoa and Logan for cover with Michaels, just think we need to give Lancaster a run like Penny at Warrington he will make errors but he has pace and can finish of try's, I'm sure he would have scored Michaels try against Cas and Tala's at Widnes, ok he can't defend great but the other are as bad and they cannot take high kicks to.

Talanoa
Carlos
Logan
Fonua
Abdul
Sneyd
Taylor
Houghton
Bowden
Manu
Mini
Thompson
Washbrook
Ellis
Pritchard
Watts
Bringing on that bench 20 mins in when they bring on the likes of Green and Greenwood would kill them off.

Id like to see Fonua at centre too. I actually think he's too big without having great pace to be a winger. Unlike Carney who is just as big but speedy too.
Shaul
Talanoa
Tuimavave
Fonua
Michaels
Looks intriguing to me.

| I'd certainly have given Washbrook a stint at 6 against Wakefield when it became obvious that Carlos wasn't working. But only because that's all we could have tried.
Certainly wouldn't have him starting there.

| Carlos set up 2 tries and scored one from off half didn't he ? Looked a bit rusty at times and it was clear it was his first game as a pivot for Hull but he is a threat when running with the ball and we need threats. He was as good as Sneyd who has been playing in the halves for ages.
Washy's days as a 6 are long gone. He's been decent elsewhere for us this season - the new Rich Whiting in many ways.

| I think people underestimate the influence Pryce still has on games.
He may not produce the goods as often as he used to, but defences need to watch him carefully because he is still more than capable of creating chances.

Last years Easter derby was nothing to do with us being more fired up, you were just bloody awful, we should have put a cricket score up that day but in the end the score margin wasn't that wide.
I never saw any passion in our performances against you under Chester and that was disappointing as I thought he'd get 'it' and fire them up but he seemed incapable.
