| Bit surprised about how well and poorly Widnes and Hudds respectively have started the season. Betts describing Brown as international class after the game today, and that's away from home where they tend to struggle. Something not right at Huddersfield. Thought Brough's comments criticising recruitment or lack thereof pre season were a bit out of line, maybe been lining up a move away?

| Hudds are average without Brought, a bit of a one man team, Ellis also got injured early so they had no halfs playing, I'd be looking at Mitchell Pearce if I wa them.
Two big and tough games for Hull coming up.

A quick search on Duedil shows that he does not own any other large companies of note that can help to fund the clubs loses. I wonder just how deep his pockets are? It wasn't that long ago the FC were take over by Kath Hetheringtons Gateshead.'"

We need to win at least one of them and we are certainly due a win over Wigan.
The way Salford and Widnes are playing it's not a season where you want a bad start. I'm sure Leeds and Catalans will both improve.

| I'd be happy with 3 wins from the next 4, which woykd set us up for a big top 4 clash with Warrington on Easter Monday.

If we play like we did first two games with the ball improve our defence and use or brains its very possible.

Totally agree with you, Bradford looking really strong already this year. I know its early days but problem is the super league looks a lot tighter this year so you've gotta wonder who would be weak enough for Bradford to challenge come the split, I know a couple of poor team will break from the pack and KR will get relegated but we will have to wait and see. As for the rest of the championship, Halifax were beaten after a strong start, London going well, batley going well, again might be a surprise or two as to who gets into the middle 8s. Interesting season ahead in the championship.

Not before time. He's a great example to young players. On Thursday I said to my friend that Danny had not made one scoot from dummy half and, of course, within a minute he was away and Jamie Shaul was popping the ball down under the sticks. I'd sooner see Danny on the front foot rather than defending as much as he does. We have some big guys out there now who should be doing this work.

| Danny Houghton needs to teach our forwards how to tackle first as they were gash on Thursday. As I said ages ago, him flogging himself making all the tackles he does invariably for 80 minutes a game makes him much much less effective in attack.
