“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club.
Thats why you got the Bullet Agar...Adam Pearson wants winners...not useless gits like you.

Sneyd is currently 4 th in the league on loan with the team who you signed Chase off.....can you see the connection.......only goes to to clubs in the bottom of the table........all the big clubs have needed half backs....we couldn't sort the visa out,Sts,Wigan and Warrington all looked elsewhere than Chase.....he is a over-rated petulant thug.

| Like BarnetFC said we are going backwards with some very strange decisions being made and people being randomly being dropped. If we are going with youth why is Crooks playing for Donny today instead of Tallanoa being played out of position last night. Blaming the half back situation is the easy way out, Wire beat us with Myler and O'Brien, at home Widnes did us with Brown (who got injured) and Gilmore and Wakefield with Sykes and Sjieka. Last week Wire had Bridge and O'Brien. We beat Leeds with Richard Whiting at Standoff with Peter Gentle, a lot of it is about the game plan and we don't seem to have one.

That's this year. Last year you were going to splash the cash on Chase, Prince etc & win trophies. Next year's likely to be different again. Adam's a snake oil salesman. A marketing man. You'll have a different 'brand' every year.

| I just don't get the logic behind Radford's constant chopping and changing. It's one thing rotating your pack every few games to keep them fresh, but constantly tinkering with the backs certainly isn't going to help our attack. It just smacks of desperation, likes he's hoping he stumbles across something that just magically works and turns us around.
I don't even mind who he picks, just stick with them for more than two games and let them get familiar with eachother.

Agree with this. Picking on form, or rather dropping on lack of form, is one thing. But not many successful teams are built on actively changing the line-up every week.

Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?: |

We're told that we're changing our outlook, concentrating on bringing youngsters through rather than signing big names etc and that's always going to take time. Saints have had some poor seasons by their standards of late while they've been fielding kids but it's stood them in good stead because they now have a crop of youngsters with loads of first team experience.
What does alarm me is the amount of players going backwards - including some who you would think would be at the heart of this 'team Hull' business. Lineham and Crooks are the obvious examples but there's Chris Green as well - all a shadow of the players that impressed under Gentle. Jamie Shaul, arguably, not as good as he was last season. Micky Paea nowhere near as good as he was for Rovers last season. Richard Whiting completely bombed out. Watts has been poor. There have been some successes - Westerman, Abdull, Lacaster - but overall the individual players are regressing and the team is getting worse.
So even if you excuse the results, the league position, the questionable man management with young players being publicly bombed out to Doncaster, the inconsistent team selections where players are started one week then dropped altogether the next, the odd behaviour in the transfer market where we've signed people like Carvell and Colbon for no apparent reason only to cast them aside almost immediately, the alarming media statements such as last week's laugh-a-minute claim that Talanoa is one of the best wingers in the competition (presumably we'd find out if he ever went and stood on the chuffin wing) and wrote it all off as inevitable teething problems of a long term project, what faith can you have in Radford to carry out the long term project when players who should be key to it are getting worse?
I thought he was a lousy, ill-disciplined player for us second time around. I thought he was a dreadful captain, standing silently and blowing out of his ars under the posts after we conceded tries while giving away penalties for fun. I think he sounds like that annoying bloke down the pub who reckons he knows everything but actually hasn't got a brain in his head. And so far as coach I think he's been appalling.'"
Quality, especially the bit about talanoa

Absolutely spot on!
I know many long term fans, we're not talking fickle here, who have just about had enough. I'm one of them. It's all very commendable, the idea of getting behind a new young English coach. But we're seeing things go backwards at an alarming rate. You can talk of loyalty to the club etc, but there's a fine line between that and being a bloody idiot, and I think it's time to speak out. At the very least we need a bit of experience overseeing everything. Who I haven't a clue. The club is fast becoming a poison chalice.

Yours and Barnets posts spot on for me. I seriously doubt I will buy a pass again for next season if this continues.

Been going for 15 years, and am at the stage of just abandoning it all next year.
its like being in a long marriage with someone who keeps repeatedly letting you down, promising you the earth and taking your cash, there's only so long your patience can last.
Going to the KC has become a chore, its the same old dull tactics and the lowering of standards is embarrassing. The club seem delighted that we 'came back twice' against a 12th place Salford side for example
If there was some light at the end of the tunnel I would grin and bear it, but it seems like Pearson intends to stick with Radford and allow him to drag us in to 'SuperLeague 2' and waste our young talents like Crooks & Lineham in the process.

That's exactly the reason why Radford isnt and will never be a good coach.
Any flair players in the squad will never flourish under Radford as most make mistakes but they make up for that with the flash of brilliance that comes with that type of player. You have to work with their strengths, but its quite obvious that Radford likes the no nonsense grunt type players rather than flair.
Yes Ben Crooks made mistakes but so does Jamie Shaul yet Shaul has never been in and out of the side, like Crooks.
If you are going to have this policy of being dropped for not performing or mistakes then it has to be for everyone
otherwise what you will get is unsettled players like the rumour about Crooks.
Radford is treading water now.Horne is finished at this level and will in any case be dropped based on his performance at Salford. He is also a penalty machine which we don't need.
The sooner we can get Lineham and Crooks back together for a run of games the better as they both seem to far more settled when playing together.
It also wouldnt surprise me to see Miller back at 7 next week such is Radfords desperation and will he drop Westerman for Abdul as He has been nowhere near his early season standards for several weeks now.

| I have been going for around 17 years and i am thinking of not getting a pass next season which will be the first for quite a while. I think i will just choose the games i want to go to, i am not willing to pay another £50 for away games either to watch what we saw last night.
People spend their hard earned money to go and support the team and they play like that. I left the game last night and heard a few supporters who are mentioning of not going anymore as they have had enough.
