So what would you do? Stick with radford, let him change the squad and see another 3 years of mediocrity before everyone realises he isn't the answer.
powell has gone into cas, lost his best player, replaced him with a championship half and turned them into a well drilled, organised and entertaining side who have gone from bottom 4 to top 4 contenders. If you think radford is anywhere near that quality of coach then you really need to have a rethink |

I see yours & others points, but we need time to grow as a club, bringing in new coaches/players for a season or 2 is all good & well as a quick fix but not going to do us any justice for the future, I am going to keep "glass half full" for this & next season & see what's after 2015 for us. |

Seriously? You don't think a coach can be blamed for the performances of his team? Not even a coach who spent the off season telling us how he was the man to get everyone united and playing with pride and passion? Really?

If we keep losing games Radford will get bulleted regardless of our owners good intentions to give the current head coach time.

He said he doesn't know when & where the confidence is going to come, he knows & said they have & will work tirelessly to address this, I'm so glad blokes like you don't own FC as we would be on our 13 coach by now! |
