Doesn't he have another year after this one? Either way, he should have gone at the end of last season. He has decent strength close to the line and profited from that when he had someone who could supply him with good service from five yards out. His defence is ok, except when he decides to jump the line and leave everyone exposed. Other than those two strengths, he has none of the skills required to be a top class centre. |

Just reading that reminded me of the early gilt-edged chance yesterday in the NW corner when someone provided him with exactly that ball you speak of and he dropped it. I'd forgotten about that one what with the two 'passes' and the dropped free play walk-in chance. |

| We have a very similar thread about Ryan Atkins saying he cant do the basics; he cant catch, cant pass, cant tackle, Leaves Riley exposed in defence etc etc..
We are now in the situation where, if like on thursday He didnt knock on, he didnt go walk abouts, and he didnt throw a pass over the head of the touch judge, hes' had a good game..... 
Quite sad how two centres that should have been shoe in's at international level have now fallen so far behind Watkins and.... anyone else...!!!
Atkins is undroppable in Tony smiths eyes, be interesting to see what a young coach does in similar circumstances |

Chris surely my last post is relevant replying to diablo who seems obsessed with rovers attendances while I posted that I feel you got rid of kear and gentle and kear too early.Is that not a post regarding hull while diablos was about rovers.be fair. |
