Gentle has admitted he possibly overreacted immediately after Widnes. He probably did as well but he was saying what most of the fans were saying. Whilst he has to keep a level head in his job it's refreshing to see how much it means to him IMO. |

For the last two weeks Holdsworth has been in the squad only to be missing from the team.
I had a strong feeling last Saturday morning that he wouldn't be in the team at Widnes despite what was being said.

Holdsworth was only ruled out late on - hence Seymour being drafted in at the last minute when he hadn't even been named in the 19. Not to mention the fact that ever single coach on the planet likes to keep information on players who might be marginal hidden from the opposition for as long as possible.
There are plenty of perfectly obvious and understandable reasons for everything that's happening at the moment. Why do people want to go looking for conspiracies? |
