Awful, awful signing as I said yesterday, can't think of a time I've been more disapointted in a signing in my life.

Cant see any positives in this at all, goes against all that Pearson and Gentle have told us, I:E better than we have have and young and British etc.

We have just signed a 31 year Aussie who is one of the worst players in the worst team in the league ( that they didn't want to keep).

Was on big money at Cas and could count on the quota.

Very disapointted.

Lets hope he proves us all wrong.

And who said we wont be signing Rangi, or Holdsworth, or Brough or whoever? I seriously doubt he's on big money and has been brought in to play first team. Squad player at best, better then Ellis with more experience.

I'm no where near happy with the signing, but what's done is done and from what I'm hearing there are a few pleasant surprises to be announced come September 1st.

Just the sort that were good in the 80s/90s are in the past and we're running a professional club where that sort of thing is off limits. Tansey liked "wine" too and was sacked. Players were banned from Weir Bar.

He's a penalty machine and copped a 2 match ban for a disgraceful high shot on Obst last year. He's already had a 2 match ban this season too.

If he can turn over a new leaf then fine, and I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt (and will support him if and when he pulls on the shirt), but this is not the type of signing to take us to the next level, or encourage bums on seats at the KC.
