agree, clutching at straws, Gentle must have seen something in him, wasnt good enough 1st time around, cant see whats changed tbh, always thought he looked well out his depth in the 1st team.
I seem to remember craig fitzgibbon saying he was very impressed with him and expected him to become a really good player, and wasnt peter gentle going to meet up with fitzy a few weeks ago to get his opinion on the club and players so he may have had a bit of input.
He runs good lines i think, maybe it has been a combination of poor service from the halves and his lack of bulk that has not seen him stand out. Give him a chance i say
He's young, club trained and was showing promise till Agar got his oar in so signing him on a low wage with a last chance to impress seems like a win win for both parties.
