Last night was the first time I've seen trouble at an FC game in years (suprise, suprise it was at Headingley). Yes the mindless idiots who threw bottles onto the pitch were completely out or order and I'm glad some our of supporters put them in their place. However barring that one incident, the only other trouble that was caused in the stand was by a few moronic Leeds fans who were dealt with accordingly by the stewards. That is it. Leeds fans can call us scum all they want, but perhaps they should look a little closer to home before pointing the finger and jumping to assumptions.

Our fans have been superb all season. I'm not going to worry about what happened last night or what Leeds fans think of us because they've never liked us and we've never liked them.

Quote: hullbg "You know better than that, my lad knows what is and is not acceptable. To say it is every week is going OTT a bit, we have had very few incidents this year and the mindless few are being weeded out over time.
The fact the fans are not putting up with this behaviour from their own is a good sign and people may think twice before attempting to cause trouble in future.'"

Yeah I know that both you and 8 year old know better yet some on here have tried to justify it with excuses of badge kissing, V signs and gestures from the players, nothing justifies it mate!!

You obviously don't go that often. It's the third time in as many seasons that there has been trouble at a Hull v Leeds game. 2009 cup game, chavs throwing bottles and coins into the Leeds end, 2010 play off game, fans on the pitch manhandling players, and then yesterdays events. Hull must have friends in high places because when you see the way cas were dealt with for a handful singing a "homophobic" song it's amazing that Hulls' indescretions seem to be just swept under the carpet. Part of the blame must lay with Leeds for not having a police presence in the ground for what was always likely to be a volatile encounter. The Hull fan that ran on the pitch had been carrying on all through the game and should have been lobbed out by the stewards well before. Most clubs have di##heads it just appears Hull have more than most.

Cas were dealt with because the incident happened at their ground so under their club's control. At the KC we have put major things in place to stop trouble including no more drinking in the stands and making the North/East section reserved so that 'Chav Corner' can be brought under control. Both of these measures have worked and we have had had no issues this season. How would you propose the club deals with fans intent on causing trouble at a ground that they have no jurisdiction over??

Cas v Leeds two seasons running. Went with the wife (rhino) and stood with the Leeds fans in my Hull shirt. Leeds fans hurling bottles on to the pitch towards the Cas players behind the sticks. Then after the match scrapping in the streets.

Warrington away Leeds fans fighting and throwing stuff.

Not just Hull fans.
