plenty of people dont work 9 to 5 jobs any more! shifts workers, shop workers etc. So plenty cant make sundays like some cant make fridays! also if we become as good as we hope and challenging we'll be on sky miles more! wire have played on their traditional sunday games 5 out of 10 SL games this year! and will prob lose more! better to say friday and have minimal change! if people say they cant make friday games they still cant get pass cos of amount of lost games so will go to home games when their schedule allows! same as now! Sky messes it up for people but that aint gonna change! stupid argument really!!

The fairest way is to have a proper fan-vote, not just Rule asking 5 mates or whatever the last survey consisted of.

make it a straight vote between Fridays, Sunday's or a mixture of both.

It's a business, not a democracy.

Hull FC decided to play on Friday because it makes more money - its proven that Fridays attract bigger crowds, go look at the SLStats site, not just for us but other teams as well - simples.

The pro-Sunday camp have had three chances this season to show how popular it is and all three games have had disappointing attendances. The Huddersfield and Harlequins games had far fewer there than the corresponding games last season both played on Fridays.

You only need to look at last Sunday's attendance, although I guess the pro-Sunday mob will blame it on the BBC or the warm weather.

Personally happy with this decision because for me it means sky game on Fri & Sat with a game to watch on a Sunday (when at home). I would be keen to see the figures that Adam Pearson based his decision on simply because it would be interesting to know why passholders who do not subscribe to the grapevine have not had the chance to vote. Not everyone has access to the internet and I think it would have been more prudent to have waited until the questionaire had been sent out with pass renewal forms giving more people a chance to vote. Also disagree with his comments on the reason for the drop in gate receipts, this for me is more to do with the performances we have had to endure. I also think that the East Stand needs to be made unreserved again to liven up the atmosphere, add that to a new coach , better on field performances and he may be going in the right direction.
