and that is what is done in practice each and every week.... he doesnt do passing drills every day!

Nobody is attacking him, just questioning how much of a motivator he is and questioning his professionalism, which after the performance of the team under him is understandable. |

When I say a sniff of success, I mean being able to compete consistently with the likes of Leeds, Wigan, Saints and Warrington. For a club of our size, it's the least we can expect. We have no divine right to win anything, but a club of our size should be realistic contenders for everything. I agree that spending an extra £100k on coach doesn't guarantee success, but not spending it guarantees failure. |

I dont think people actually hate Agar.Its his inept coaching that is dragging this once great club too new depths that we hate. |

But thats why i said you should come to watch the lads train.. you would see as both a motorvator and a coach he is very switched on ....
as i just said to someone on IM, you would expect the core skill of international players to be the fact thay can pass , catch a ball without dropping it and drive in without dropping it, all of which went west last week...
no matter how good a coach you are , passing drills are not expected to be your game build up |

And when it matters on "matchdays" theres a coach on the opposite bench whos always one step ahead of Agar. |

ICECREAMMAN - Answer me these 2 questions:
1. Do you honestly, hand on heart, believe that Agar would be here if relegation existed in SL?
2. Again, honestly do you think any SL club would go for Agar's signature if he were a free agent?
My answer to both by the way is............ NO!

The longer he stays, the more people will drift away, possibly never to return.
Everyone has made their mind up about Agar now and the odd win like Crusaders or the odd decent performance like Wigan is not going to change anyones opinion.
The club is supposed to be run as a business so lets have the correct business decision as soon as possible.
Relieve Agar of his duties, NOW.
