The way I look at it, how many players have improved since Agar became coach?
Tom Briscoe and Danny Houghton has come up through the ranks. Maybe Sam Moa as well. That's it. All our other players, especially our youngsters, have gone backwards or just haven't progressed.

Washbrook, Wheeldon, Hall, Lee, G.Horne, Burnett to name our youngsters.
Then there are players like Berrigan, Dowes, Radford, King, Long who are just been made to look ordinary compared to how they used to play.
Then there are the players he recruited, Webster (played one game), Thorman (worst signing ever), Tansey (track record), Cordoba (deperate), Calderwood (sick note), Lauaki (liability), Long (sick note), Turner (wasted), Westerman (paid big fee for, but he is one for the future apparently?), Phelps (desperation) and Obst (desperation). Only Moa, O'Meley and Fitz were good signings, and Sharp is hopefully looking like one as well.
Then there is the players he's re-signed.

His recruitment has been poor. His development of players is non-existant, if not backwards. His tactics are shocking. His skill coaching has been extremely lacking (how many missed tackles today!?). His positional selections are baffling (how many back rowers do we need in the team?! We had 7 today!). His interchanges are illogical. The fitness of the players looks awful. He can't get them motivated for games.

Seriously (a VERY serious question here) - is there one good quality that Agar has as a coach? And if so, what is it?

I've said I will give Agar 8 games and If he hasn't won at least half of them then I'm all game for the Agar out parade. Wouldn't be a man of my word if I threw that out the window now would I!

so how many more defeats before our board said enoughs enough 2? 4? 8? a miracle win next week might give agar even more games!

As fans our "loyalty" actually works against us IMO. The board know the majority will keep turning up and buying the shirts etc so they have little incentive to push for performance on the pitch. As fans we tend to look down on other FC fans who criticise the club/team etc so it takes a long time for things to come to a head. Having said that I dont think were far off now. I can see us having played 5 lost 5 in a few weeks and the fans patience will have just about worn out.

I was actually clock watching for the last 25 minutes tonight and if it wasn't for some stupid sense of pride about never leaving early I would have gone, I was bored senseless.
