Within certain constraints I agree. They know as well as we do that a proven top class coach would give us a better chance of being successful. They also know that this would cost more money. ATM they are more than happy to risk the cheaper option paying off |

I just think they believe in him and his vision, players who he recruited also said that. It's not happening and it does not look like happening and I would like him gone but the board are probably trying to be patient and giving him the time to get it right.
I think they would have reacted quicker had promotion and relegation still been around but they can afford to be a bit more patient.
That said the timing of his new deal was baffling! |

The problem with that staement is that in truth RA is actually a very good BRITISH coach that has been very unlucky with injuries.. why cant everyone see that !
The board at Fc dont travel around the world courting Mason, Fitzgibbon, Crocker, Long etc and one or two others we were very close to signing because they take the cheap options, they do it because they want the club to be strong and RA will prove a lot wrong...
Yes its his team however half of them are injured ...simple math |

That is what has tipped me over the edge. I just dont see where this belief in Agar has come from in order to give him the extension. What are they basing it all on? He must talk a bloody good game. |

=#FF0000That I believe is exactly the case, as it is a new game these days where relagation is a thing of the past then it no longer has to be a coaches sackathon mid season in SL,

I'd love to know how you have come to this conclusion? What is it based on?
The injuries excuse is getting really old really fast. We have lost plenty of games with near enough a full strength squad to choose from and certainly no worse than the oppsotion we were playing. |
