TBH you only had to see the tactics employed by Rovers yesterday to see that they have a number of players with no professional respect for their fellows. I can't recall the last time I saw so many cheap shots and cowardly off-the-ball incidents in a game, derby or no derby.

I think it has all gone a bit insular and you have started confirming each others predujices to an excessive degree. It started with the Parker/Long incident, which was interpreted extremely harshly. And now this. It'd carry a bit more weight if it wasn't for the 'rough, tough, just not fair' thread after the R. Horne testimonial match or the masturbatory thread asking who people most want the Tongan Mafia to get, each game.
I don't much care for niggle or even 'biff' and Newton deseved to go report for his charge into Tansey. Galea's perspective on the match is biased as hell, but it at least offers a balance to all the drivel flowing in the other direction.

I'd say stuff like that as well if I was unfortunate enough to support a bunch of cowards. The "tactics" employed by several Rovers players yesterday were a disgrace.

Lauaki really does need to calm down though IMO, he'll end up costing you more games then helping win them.

Well , have watched the game for the third time, and in the second half, Lauaki was fine, no reaction to anything that was dished out to him, even though he was only on for the first 10 minutes of that half.
