It would be the companies fault because the window was clearly not up to standard. Whether she was in the wrong or nor or whether it was the drivers fault or not, had the window been of the correct standard non of this would have happened. Just be thankful that she didn't fall under another vehicle and end up losing her life all together.

Yes, DRIVING, it isn't the drivers job to control badly behaved scroates who'se parents would rather blame someone else than their own lack of discipline.

Parents need to start taking responsibility for their kids, no kid should be fat, no kid should be illiterate, no kid should be without respect for their elders.

End of the day, parents need to stop being their kids best friend, and start being their biological guardian. I am glad to say all of my FC following friends who have kids look after them, but they dont apologise for their indescretions, they punish them (fairly), which is why we choose to spend time with them.

Seems to me that the driver isn't at fault at all and that all the child is guilty of is 'Messing' about on the bus, which i know is wrong but at 12 years old on a School bus is bound to happen.

The real people in the wrong here are the parents, they are the ones who are making the claim, they will see pound signs instead of just been thankful that their child wasn't more seriously injured.

Had she not been standing on top of something your not even supposed to sit on and behaving like a prat none of this would have happened either. She could quite easily have just fallen over on the bus and cracked her head open whilst behaving like a little prat. I suspect her "parents" would have found something else to try and blame to get some cash out of it though. Hudge and his pathetic adverts have alot to answer for.

So because she was somewhere she shouldn't have been, doing something she shouldn't have been and had an accident they should be compensated? What exactly is the basis of the claim anyway? No loss of earnings and no serious damage as far as I can tell?
