Do you think we'll finally see a consistent Manu in 2010. His inconsistencies have been his only disappointing facet over the last few seasons.
We know he can do it, so i'm hoping he can bring his A game every week and then maybe even have a week off during the season with the strength in depth we have. |

Manu did better than he did against Rovers. Was good. Thought Hame played tighter than he did against Rovers. His line speed was better - looks like that was an area for him to improve on. Sam probably didn't quite have the impact as he did last week but I like the speed of ptb he gets. |

Too much gametime for a player of his impact but now we have good depth in the second row he can be used more effectively. I think he is one of our top players and should be first on the contract extension list - I just think he's class. |

I agree. Lets hope Agar agrees that Lauaki and Manu should both play 2x20mins each and interchange each other. That'd do for me. |

I'd like to see Manu getting the ball sooner or with greater distance between the opposition, The flat attack we played at the derby meant defenders were on to him as soon as he received the ball , Nullifying any offload or break.

I'd actually like to see us putting him into gaps rather than giving him the ball early and expecting him to barge through 3 men. Surely a smarter way to use him?

Manu class as usual. Thought Moa was terrific, found his knees and elbows every time as well as making healthy yards. Still a little underwhelmed by Lauaki, think a bloke his size could punch a few more holes (the David Mills syndrome).

Carrying 3 men is also more tiring that running through a gap untouched. We use Manu all wrong imo. |
