I guess the only bit that is really controversial is the drop goal stuff and Sean said at the shirt launch last night that "Might hae been exagerated a bit" there is no doubt that his attitude is one of someone who wants to sell a few books! I doubt there will be any recriminations.
One thing that is for certain he is 100% comitted to geting us back up the table and we have got a media icon and a character, something we and the game in general have missed for ages. With the personalities of Sean, O'Meley and Fitz there will be no shortage of profile at the club next season!

Very encouraging, along with him being involved in the offence side of things too. I think Longy see's Horne the same he did with Pryce, someone to play off him and do damage with his runs.

Is that the same Matty Smith who has been at Celtic for the past two seasons???
Seriously though, i don't think there is anybody of the necessary quality coming through in the halves at Hull for Long to bring on in all honesty. |

It's not the offence that is subject to DJ, it's the instance of the offence. |

I'd be astounded if the RFL tried to ban him, they will issue a statement saying they have spoken to the player and after cosultation warned him about future conduct blah blah....
On a slightly different topic about SL, whats the latest with his eye situation, I'd heard they expected it to go back to normal after a week or so but noticed when he got his try on Saturday he still is unable to close that eye. If it was a permanent condition would this limit the number of games he could play?
