“We will not accept a top eight finish as a barometer of supposed success at any point in the future whilst I am the owner of this club." Adam Pearson, FC Website 23-09-2011: |

yeamo may end up moving into the second row like he was supposed to do a few seasons ago. his game (doesn't pass) is certainly more suited to playing in the second row

When was he supposed to do this? The only mention about Yeaman and the back row have been on here over the years, same with Senior at Leeds. People seek to have an obsession about moving centre into the back row.
Yeaman would not make a good second row atm, maybe further down the line, for now his best position is centre and both him and Hall should be our starting centres for next season.

IIRC he asked McCrae to start there a few seasons back and he did (for a pre-season friendly) but had to revert to the centres because of injury to Richie Barnett?

Thats at least 5 years ago now though. For me he will always be a centre. He's been an international centre but I don't think he has the potential to be an international second row.

I'm not disputing that but was responding to Paul's question about when this was supposed to have happened

That is because Bomber saw him as a back rower, he did not think he would make it as a centre
Bomber said this at his leaving do

I remember Yeamo also saying he wanted to play in the back row to become more involved.
