| Quote hfc herts="hfc herts"I am sure I have said it before, but to sack Agar will solve nothing. What we need is a Head Coach who can develop ALL aspects of our club.
Agar is out of his depth simply bcause he has not served a full aprentiship under decent coaches.
Under him, we have Last, who equally never made it as a player and will never make it as a top coach so long as he is learning off Agar. Under that we have Crooks x 2 and wh knows who else.
Jonny Sharp is possibly the one brought in as HC but I see that there is no change in tactics etc so is clearly not effective.
We need to do what Wire have done with Smith. No need for sackings, just a level sensible head who can develop the club. Get rid off dead wood and develop a system for all to work with. Its very similar to what Brian Smith did in 1990 with our club.
McNamara might be available any time soon

| Thing is, the off field operation is intrinsically linked to on field success. the garbage we are serving up right now will quickly reduce crowds and merchandise sales. A couple of thousand less fans at each of the remaining home games will be a drop in income of around £200k, £400k for a full season plus a drop in merchandise sales. That would likely see the club trading at a loss, especially if we lose income from cup and play off games.

| Rumour going round that 'if' Noble goes to Aus, then Wigan may be interested in replacing him with ADRIAN LAMB.
I don't know much about his coaching abilities, so what is your views?

You might want to send that to the board. I'm not sure anyone's worked it out yet
